Portal Mining Initiative
Idle-esque mining game about using picaxes caught in a portal loop to dig deep and collect gems.
- Disable the portal to allow the falling pickaxes to break bedrock
- Uncover 3 different types of minable resources
- Purchase better mining tools to destroy tougher resources
- Reach the bottom of the mine to collect the crown!

I got stuck because the pickaxes blocked each other
clearly not designed for browser play

Pretty fun, but softlocked with only a screen's worth of layers left to go. The pickaxes really need an auto-warp if they remain still (or mostly still, as they can vibrate a bit if the pile gets big enough) to get things going again, since I had enough cheese show up that the resulting pileup covered the entire horizontal section, softlocking me entirely
I softlocked. Cheese only seems to go away with dynamite, all my pickaxes are stuck and I have no money for dynamite anymore.
oh, yeah that can happen sometimes, I tried balancing cheese spawn rate to not softlock like that but alas it's RNG
Make it so cheese auto-despawns after a bit.
